Your responses to...Another interesting post Andrew. Your responses to the questions about how to pastor business people and also how the local church can fnction in the marketplace are insightful. I agree that business people are more than just cash cows to the local church and need to be pastored and discipled so that they can fulfill their callings as ministers in the marketplace. I am seeing pastors who are beginning to get this more and more. As for the church in the marketplace, I wonder what it would look like if most belivers had an attitude of work that was "As unto the Lord". I think about this often, imagine if employers found out that if they hired a christian, they were going to get an employee that would work for them with the same diligence as they would for God almighty!!
